Best Practices Library for providers!
San Francisco Health Plan is excited to introduce a new “Best Practices” Library for providers! The library can be found at http://www.sfhp.org/providers and houses valuable resources for providers on topics like electronic medical records, chronic disease tools, improving access and much more.
