Those are real comments from Healthy Kids & Young Adults members.  Every year for the past three years, we’ve conducted a member satisfaction survey, and every year the comments we receive are overwhelmingly positive. 

Our 2005 Healthy Kids & Young Adults Member Survey indicates an average of 93% positive feedback on every measure.  And in the area of customer service, nearly 98%!  To download the complete 2005 Healthy Kids & Young Adults Survey, click here. 

This year in San Francisco we also reached a major milestone, with 99.2% of San Francisco children being insured.  And San Francisco Health Plan insures 1 out of every 4 of them!

We're very proud of these numbers, yet we know we owe our success to our partners.  The Healthy Kids & Young Adults program is made possible only because of the funds provided by Mayor Newsom, the San Francisco Board of Supervisors, the SF Children and Families Commission, and the SF Department of Public Health.
