As we enter 2011, there are a number of changes to healthcare, ranging from the State budget’s impact to healthcare programs, the expansion of Medi-Cal managed care for seniors & persons with disabilities, and the ongoing discussions of healthcare reform.  This year’s theme “Preparing & Adapting for Change” aims at equipping navigators in the community who work with families, children, adults, and seniors with the latest information to better serve their communities’ health access needs.
