WHO SHOULD ATTEND:
Individuals seeking Application Assistor certification for Healthy Kids.
NOTE: SFHP does not certify assistors for the Healthy Families Program. Teaching assistance is provided during the on-line training. Certification for Medi-Cal for Children & Pregnant Women and Healthy Families Program is acquired upon successful completion of the statewide online training.

- Completing an application for Healthy Kids

Registration is on a first come, first serve basis. Space is limited to 10 participants. We will confirm your registration via email. All attendees must have completed the Healthy Families Online Training.
