Golden Gate to Health Insurance (GGHI) Network
The GGHI Network was created by the San Francisco Health Plan as a resource for working professionals who help individuals and families living in San Francisco obtain health coverage.
One of our primary goals is to be a source of information about public health coverage programs for San Francisco’s application assistors and eligibility workers. These programs include Medi-Cal, Healthy Kids HMO, Covered California, and Healthy San Francisco.
The GGHI Network provides:
- Quarterly informational meetings
- Application assistance tools
- Annual Stronger Bridges to Health Forum
Who Can Join?
The majority of our participants are Applications Assistors (AA’s) eligibility workers, resource coordinators, and public health outreach workers. We encourage people who work with or support low-income uninsured San Francisco residents to join our network. As a member of GGHI, you will gain access to a wealth of information about health coverage and help the uninsured and under-insured obtain health coverage.
How Do I Join?
The GGHI Network is managed by San Francisco Health Plan’s Community Relations Department. To join, please email your full name, phone number, email address, and the name of your organization to Community Relations or call 1(415) 615-4298.
