Overview of Our Programs
We offer four unique health care coverage programs that provide complete medical, dental, and vision care to our members. If you are a member of San Francisco Health Plan, then you belong to one of these four programs.
The benefits and instructions for getting care are different depending on the program you belong to. To get information on your health care benefits, choose your program from one of the four below:
