Healthy Workers is a health insurance program administered by San Francisco Health Plan.
As a Healthy Workers member, you have access to medical services through Community Healthy Network. Medical services include:
- Doctor Visits
- Vision Care
- Hospital & Emergency Room Care
- Mental Health Services
- and more!
If you have any questions about your Healthy Workers member benefits, email San Francisco Health Plan Member Services, or call us at (800)288-5555, Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm.
Providers for In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS): If you have questions about your Healthy Workers eligibility, call the IHSS Public Authority at (415)243-4477.
Temporary, exempt as-needed employees of the City and County of San Francisco: If you have questions about your Healthy Workers eligibility, call the Department of Human Resources at (415) 557-4942.
