Find a Pharmacy

HealthyWorkers members must have prescriptions filled at either:

• The San Francisco General Hospital Outpatient Pharmacy:
  1001 Potrero Avenue, San Francisco
  
• The pharmacy used by your clinic

FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

• To find your clinic, refer to the back of your San Francisco Health Plan ID Card.
• Locate your clinic in the chart below to find your new pharmacy
• Call or visit your clinic to make sure you are registered.
• If you currently get medicine refilled at a different pharmacy, you must contact your doctor for a new prescription.

Recently a letter was sent to all Healthy Workers members informing them that all Rite Aid Pharmacies will be closed from Thursday, March 26th through Sunday, March 29th.  Please be advised that the closure of the Rite Aid Pharmacies has been delayed until further notice.  Healthy Workers members may continue using their assigned Rite Aid Pharmacy to fill prescription drugs.
