Find a Pharmacy

As of November 1, 2004 San Francisco Health Plan HealthyWorkers members must have prescriptions
filled at either:

  1. The San Francisco General Hospital Outpatient Pharmacy
  2. The pharmacy used by your clinic

FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

  1. To find your clinic, refer to the back of your San Francisco Health Plan ID Card.
  2. Locate your clinic in the chart below to find your new pharmacy
  3. Call or visit your clinic to make sure you are registered.
  4. If you currently get medicine refilled at a different pharmacy, you must contact your doctor for a new prescription.
