Thank you to all providers who returned satisfaction surveys rich with feedback and requests for resources!Provider feedback enables San Francisco Health Plan to continually improve our service. We reviewed the results carefully and created an improvement plan based on the responses. It is our intention that these improvements will yield tangible benefits for our providers and members.
We are pleased to announce Leigh Kimberg, MD of Maxine Hall Health Center, as the winner of the survey raffle and a $150 American Express gift certificate.
Thank you to the providers who took the time to share their thoughts with SFHP. Our providers and their staff are valuable partners in our efforts to meet our four organizational goals:
