Benefits and Services
If you are an In-Home Supportive Services employee for the IHSS Public Authority or Homebridge or a temporary exempt employee of the City and County of San Francisco, you may qualify for Healthy Workers HMO.
For a premium payment of just $0 to $3 a month, Healthy Workers HMO members get these benefits and more from primary care physicians and specialists affiliated with the clinics of the San Francisco Department of Public Health. Services include:
- Wellness check-up’s and routine care from your Primary Care Provider (PCP)
- 24-hour access to a PCP
- Emergency Care at San Francisco General Hospital
- Specialty Care
- Family Planning Services
- Eye exams and eyeglasses
- Prescription medicines
- X-rays and tests
- Maternity care
- Mental health services
- Health Education classes and materials
