What is the cost?
Healthy Workers costs In-Home Support Service (IHSS) providers only $3 per month, which is deducted from the worker's paycheck after the application is received and approved. Healthy Workers is provided to eligible temporary, exempt as-needed employees of the City and County of San Francisco at no cost.

IHSS Consortium employees wanting to find out if they are eligible for Healthy Workers or to apply, need to contact the IHSS Consortium at (415) 255-2079 or (800) 283-7000.
