Sensitive Services
You may not want to see your PCP for sensitive or private care. If so, you may choose any provider who is willing to accept Medi-Cal for these types of care:
- HIV/AIDS testing
- Sexually transmitted infections
Did you know STI screenings are a Medi-Cal benefit?
The doctor or clinic does not have to be part of the SFHP network. Your PCP does not have to refer you for these types of service.
