Note: SFHP cannot assist with provider portal username/password resets. 

Providers, billing staff, office managers, and other authorized representatives may register for access on behalf of a contracted provider, clinic, facility, or group.

Yes, if the office manager is authorized to access information for those providers or groups. The request should clearly list each provider/group, Tax ID, and NPI.

Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot locate the email, contact SFHP and provide the email address used during registration.

Yes, users with the appropriate access may be able to view claim status information in the portal.

Yes, if available and properly loaded into the portal. Access may depend on provider setup and the data available in mPulse/HealthTrio.

Submit a portal support request with the check date, check number if available, provider/group name, Tax ID, and any screenshots. SFHP will review whether the issue is provider-specific or related to a larger file/feed issue.
