Your Covered Dental Benefits
As an SFHP Care Plus member, you have no-cost dental care from Medi-Cal Dental or Liberty Dental providers.
- One yearly routine exam (cleaning & X-rays)
- Restorative services (crowns and bridges)
- Denture rebasing
- Medically needed dental services (like oral exams before a medical procedure)
Your dental provider will provide all services covered by Medi-Cal Dental (some services need prior authorization). You can also find Liberty Dental’s phone number on the back of your Member ID Card, under “Dental Care.”
