As you get older, the risk for some eye health issues can grow. Together, we can make sure you get the care you need to keep your vision strong. SFHP Care Plus partners with VSP Vision Care (VSP) to offer your vision benefits, from frames and lenses to advanced eye health screenings and more.
Your Vision Benefits with VSP
- $0 routine vision exam
- Up to $300 towards eyeglasses (frames and lenses) or contacts instead of eyeglasses
- Glaucoma screenings for members at high risk
- Diabetic retinopathy screenings for members with diabetes
- Outpatient doctor services for the diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases and injuries
- One pair of glasses or contact lenses after each cataract surgery

To find a provider, visit vsp.com/advantageretail, or call 1(855) 492-9028 and ask for help finding a doctor in the “Advantage” network. VSP will connect you to an in-network provider.
Depending on your vision care needs, you may need to see an optometrist or ophthalmologist.

- Skin issues near your eyes, like moles or skin tags
- Treatment for complex eye health conditions, like cataracts
