With SFHP Care Plus, you automatically get $150 loaded onto your SFHP Care Plus OTC Card every quarter (3 months).
You can use your OTC Card to:

Use these tips for a smooth shopping experience with your OTC Card:
Activate your card before you shop.

Is your local store in-network?
Check that the store you want to visit accepts your OTC Card. Not all stores accept the OTC Card.

Is the item you want to buy covered?
To see if an item is covered, you can:
- Look up an item in your catalog: sfhp.org/OTC_Catalog, or
- Check in the “andmore” mobile app, or online at

Your funds for health and wellness items do not roll over.
Every 3 months, make sure to use them before they expire.

3 Easy Ways to Shop
No matter how you like to shop, it’s easy to use the SFHP Care Plus OTC Card online, in stores, or over the phone.
In store: Find an in-network store near you. Register and make an account on
- See if the item you want is covered using the app or item scanner.
- Swipe your OTC Card. If your items cost more than your available card balance, you can use another form of payment to cover the rest.

Just add items directly from your catalog, check out, and get them delivered to you.
By phone: Call &more directly at 1(855) 263-6673 or 711 (TTY). They’ll help you place your order and make sure your items are delivered right to your door.
Extra Benefits for Members with Chronic Conditions

Some SFHP Care Plus members with chronic conditions have extra benefits on their OTC Card. If you qualify, you will get $20 each month for eligible utilities, including:
- Water
- Heating
- Mobile phone
- Internet services
- Electricity
Unused funds do not roll over to the next month. You can use your OTC Card number to pay through your utility company’s website, over the phone, or in person.
Please use these tips for making utility payments with your OTC Card:
- You may not be able to make a partial payment on the utility website using your OTC Card. Please call the utility directly for help.
- Please be sure to enter your OTC Card number correctly. Your payment will not go through if the information entered does not match the number on your card.
