Do you need to speak to a doctor and can’t see your Primary Care Provider (PCP)* soon enough? You can use Teladoc to meet with a doctor over phone or video at any time of the day or night.

Tips for getting ready for a phone or video visit

  • Write a list of things you want to talk about
  • Make sure your PCP knows if you would like a translator
  • Call from a quiet place with good light if you can
  • Check your phone connection before the visit starts
  • Take notes or ask someone you trust to join you and help take notes
  • Sign up for your PCP’s online patient portal. You can get med refills, plan visits, or take other actions
