For Providers
SFHP experienced an issue with claims reimbursement calculations this week. The issue caused a delay in weekly remittance that providers would expect for electronic deposit, or a check in the mail, by March 13th.
Please be confident that provider reimbursement is a very top priority. The issue was resolved on Thursday, March 13th, and payments should be resumed on Friday, March 14th. The routine schedule will be back by March 20th.
