Our portal has a library on many wellness topics. There are interactive tools for health and fitness, medications, pregnancy, a symptom checker, and learning centers to help you make better health decisions.

How to Sign Up and Sign In

  1. Start at sfhp.org and click the Member Portal Login button at the top of the home page.
  2. You’ll be directed to the SFHP Member Portal Login Page. Click New User Sign Up button.
  3. You’ll be asked for your Member ID, Last Name, and Birth Date and then to create a password and set up security questions.
  4. Now you’re ready to get started. Enter your User Name and Password and click Sign In to begin using the SFHP Member Portal.

The SFHP Member Portal is available to our members 12 years of age or older. SFHP members under the age of 12 will need an Authorized Representative to sign up.
