SFHP Medi-Cal Member Materials
Easily access your important SFHP Medi-Cal documents on this page. SFHP provides these resources to help you understand your Medi-Cal benefits and services so you can get the most out of your health care.
Below, you will find electronic copies of your SFHP member materials.
Welcome Packet is mailed to you within 10 days of enrolling with SFHP as your Medi-Cal Plan.
Annual Member Materials are mailed to you once a year if you are an active SFHP Medi-Cal member and you choose to receive them.
You can get SFHP materials in the language you need at no cost to you. We offer materials in English, Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, Russian, and Tagalog.
If you need materials in a different language, or you are getting them in the wrong language, please call Customer Service.
You can also call Customer Service to ask for a different format, like:
- Braille
- Audio
- Encrypted or unencrypted data
- Large print
You can get materials in these formats at no cost to you.
