Provider Training & Education
Provider training is an important part of what makes San Francisco Health Plan (SFHP) and our provider network successful. It supports SFHP’s provider network by delivering education that promotes regulatory compliance and strengthens understanding of organizational systems, policies, and processes.
SFHP uses Litmos, a Learning Management System for provider training. Through Litmos, providers can complete required trainings, have training completion tracked, and Litmos will send timely reminders when trainings need to be repeated, helping ensure full compliance with required education. Litmos provides 24/7 access to training opportunities.
Make sure to work with your medical group to learn about their training requirements and process.
