Important Provider Message
On Sunday, October 26, 2014, from approximately 4:00 am to 1:00 pm, our building will be undergoing maintenance work that will require a complete power shutdown.
This means that SFHP emails, phones and faxes will be offline during this time. Emails, phone messages and faxes cannot be received by SFHP during the outage.
We sincerely regret this inconvenience to our members and providers. We will monitor the maintenance work closely and will restore the systems as soon as power is available.
SFHP’s Utilization Management Department will be approving out of medical group admissions during this time and will revisit inpatient repatriations when power is restored.

For matters that are not urgent, please contact us on Monday, October 27th, when regular business operations will resume.
