SFHP can help you find out if you can get Medi-Cal benefits and services. Our Enrollment Team will guide you through the eligibility and enrollment process to help you get Medi-Cal coverage for you or your family.
Eligibility
To be an SFHP Medi-Cal member, you must live in San Francisco.
Your household income, family size, and age help decide if you may qualify.

You or your child may qualify for one of our programs if you fit into one of the following categories:

Make an appointment with our SFHP Service Center.
The first step to enrolling with San Francisco Health Plan is to see if you or a family member qualifies for any of our programs, like Medi-Cal. Contact our Enrollment Team to make an appointment at our SFHP Service Center. We’ll ask a few questions about your household income, family size, age, and San Francisco residency. We may also ask about student or parental status. This will help us find the program that’s the best fit for you and your family.
Please note that you must have an appointment.
The SFHP Service Center does not provide walk-in services.
