Dyadic Services provide support for you and your loved ones

Dyadic Services provides mental health care for more than one person in the family.
If a child, teenager, or adult in your family is feeling sad or worried, it can affect other people in the family too.

Dyadic care can help both the person who is feeling sad and other family members. It’s all about making sure each person in the family gets the support they need.

In some cultures, talking about feelings might be different. It’s ok for families to express feelings openly or in a quiet way. Dyadic Services respects this and finds ways to help each person, such as:

  • Talking to people in a group
  • Talking to each person alone
  • Playing games
  • Drawing
  • Using music or other customs

Dyadic care brings families closer by listening to feelings and talking openly. When families work together and support each other, everyone feels better.
